We are looking for a ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our team!

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support;

Bookkeeping (using Simply Accounting);

Documentation Control;

Incoming / outgoing telephone calls, incoming / outgoing mail, bank deposits, etc.;

General Office duties as required.

 

Qualifications:

Graduate from a Business Administration program;

Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook;

Knowledge in Simply Accounting;

Excellent written and oral communication skills;

Previous experience in document control would be considered an asset.

 

Excellent compensation package including Health & Dental, and RRSPs

Pay will be based on qualifications
